Meet Our Teachers
Our teachers are a small dedicated team who live and love yoga and look forward to sharing their knowledge and experience with you. From time to time we will have guest teachers covering classes. Please be assured that the teachers covering our classes are well trained and specially selected to ensure that our students maintain the best, possible experience in every class they attend.

Helen Wright
Studio Owner and Teacher
Helen had been practicing yoga (asana) for over 10 years in a on again off again fashion until she felt a desire for a deeper understanding into the true meaning of yoga.
In 2020 Helen studied the 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training which included Anatomy, Philosophy, Pranayama (Breathing), Meditation and Asana. It was such an enlightening and enjoyable experience, that she continued studying and successfully completed a total of 350 hrs.
She is a registered and qualified Level 1 Yoga Australia Teacher.

Forever a student of Yoga, Helen embarked on a course of Chair yoga, followed by Restorative Yoga and Foundation Yoga 4 Kids.
For Helen, Yoga is a way of life, a holistic mind, body, breath practice which allows her to focus on the present and move towards a balanced life and a peaceful and tranquil existence.
I truly believe that yoga can be practiced by every-body.
